Unfortunately, due to security reasons, you must have access to your registration email to recover your account.
How long does it take for the recovery email to arrive?
It will arrive instantly. If you haven't received it reload your email inbox page or check your spam/unwanted folder.
Can I change my registration e-mail?
Sorry, this is not possible due to security reasons.
I waited 7 days for a house that is owned by an inactive player, why hasn't this player lost the house yet?
The actual time can vary between 7 to 8 days.
I had an item purchased from Unline.org that I traded or got ingame and it dissapeared or was deactivated, why?
It is a risk that you are taking by trading any item purchased by other player from the Unline Store, and the best you can do is contact the original owner of the item.
I found a bug, where should I report it?
You can report it ingame using CTRL+R and waiting for a gamemaster, or making a new thread on the
Forum.
Why did I lose my house?
- You didn't login in your account for 7 days or more.
- You owned more than one house.
- It was a guildhall and you lost leadership of your guild.
- The house was in a VIP city and you lost all your VIP days.
- There was a rollback shortly after you bought the house.
- You share your account.
- You were hacked.
I want to report a player violating a rule, do you accept videos, screenshots..?
Neither videos nor screenshots are accepted as proof to report a player and reports are only attended using CTRL+R ingame.
Can I be a gamemaster?
No.
Can I be a tutor?
In order to be a tutor:
- You must have good English skills.
- You must be very active on the Help Channel, answering questions of other players.
- Your total time logged in must be of at least 10 days.
- Your account must not have a deletion warning.
Can I be a moderator on the forum?
Sorry, but no. This is an invitation-only position. Moderators are chosen by the administration based on frequency of activity, and posting behavior.
